St John’s has been using Springwell IT for a number of years now. When we first started a SLA with Springwell, the IT equipment was old and there were not very secure system within the school. Due to the expertise from Dan and his team we are now in a fantastic position within the school, we have a rolling schedule for our IT equipment and great security systems in place to ensure no data breaches or cyber-attacks. Although IT are only on site twice a week, they are very quick in sorting out any issues that may occur, you can contact them by email, ticket system or phone for more urgent situations. Nothing is too much trouble for Dan and his team, they are knowledgeable and have always been able to solve any issue that may occur. Dan will have termly strategy meetings with SLT to discuss any better options or ideas, he is always trying to save us money. I would highly recommend this IT service to anyone.
