Sensory Home Adaption - Parent Survey

The mum of one of our pupils has created a PowerPoint highlighting the adaptations she has made to her home to make it SEND friendly. This is part of her University course and she is seeking parental feedback from the survey attached. She needs the responses by 15th July possible.
